Intellectual Property Infringement Notice Policy

If you consider our store has violated your intellectual property rights, please submit relevant complaint via the formal procedure stated below.

A. Intellectual Property Infringement Reporting Procedure

We follow official policies to handle infringement claims. Upon valid notice submission, we will remove or restrict access to suspected infringing content including texts, images and graphics. Repeated infringement violators will have their related services terminated accordingly.

If you confirm any content on this website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please deliver a complete infringement notice to our designated agent with all required information listed below:

  1. Specify the copyrighted work or intellectual property being infringed, attach relevant registration numbers if available.
  2. Identify the suspected infringing content, illustrate infringement details and provide accurate location information of the disputed content on our website for verification.
  3. Provide valid contact details, including full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
  4. State your sincere belief that the unauthorized usage of the intellectual property lacks valid authorization from rights holders or legal basis.
  5. Swear under penalty of perjury that all submitted information is true and accurate, and confirm you are the legitimate rights owner or authorized representative.
  6. Attach electronic or physical signature of the authorized representative.

B. Handling of Valid Infringement Notice

Once our designated agent receives complete and genuine infringement notice, we will promptly remove or block access to the alleged infringing content.

C. Counter-Notice Submission Rules

If we confirm the removed or restricted content does not constitute infringement, or we hold legal authorization to publish such content, we can submit a formal counter-notice containing the following information:

  1. Describe the removed or restricted content and its original display position on the website.
  2. Swear under penalty of perjury that the content removal or restriction results from mistaken judgment or incorrect identification.
  3. Submit valid contact information including full name, address, phone number and email address.
  4. Agree to accept the jurisdiction of local federal court corresponding to the registered address.
  5. Affix valid electronic or physical signature.

After receiving the counter-notice, we will send a copy to the original complainant. The disputed content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless the rights owner files relevant court injunction application. The final processing time is subject to our actual arrangement.

Legal Reminder: In accordance with DMCA Section 512(f), anyone who deliberately falsely reports infringement shall be held liable for related compensation and attorney fees.
