2. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days upon receiving the parcel for personal reasons. To initiate a request, please reach out to our support team via live chat. Our professional staff will guide you through the entire procedure. All applications must include your order number, a brief explanation of the return or exchange reason, and clear real photos of the item for verification.

2.2 Item Condition Requirements

All returned or exchanged products must be kept in brand-new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials intact. Any items with visible signs of wear, scratches, stains, dirt, or artificial damage will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline any request that fails to meet our condition standards or exceeds the 30-day valid window.

2.3 Return Fees & Processing Rules

For returns and exchanges caused by personal preference issues, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost. A standard 30% restocking fee (calculated based on the original order amount) will be deducted for order processing and inventory rearrangement.

Important Notice: All return and exchange requests require prior official approval. Please contact our team and obtain confirmation before sending back items. Unauthorized returned packages will be rejected and unprocessed. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the qualified refund will be issued promptly after deducting the corresponding fees.

2.4 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized personalized jewelry, returns or exchanges due to incorrect self-selected sizes, and subjective dissatisfaction with style or appearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We strongly recommend all customers carefully review the size guide and product details before placing an order to avoid unnecessary disputes.

3. Damaged & Defective Goods Policy

If you receive items with manufacturing defects, production flaws, transit damage, or significant inconsistencies with the product description, please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days after delivery.

To accelerate the verification process, please provide clear close-up photos of the defective area and an unboxing video (if available) through our live chat channel.

Once our team verifies and confirms the quality problem, we will arrange a free brand-new replacement for you. No return of the defective item is required, and no additional fees will be charged throughout the process.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 4 hours after successful payment and placement. For cancellation requests submitted more than 4 hours after order placement, a 15% service fee of the total order amount will be charged to cover bank transaction fees, platform handling costs, and operational losses.

5. Lost or Undelivered Package Policy

If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, or your parcel is confirmed lost during transit, please first file an inquiry with your local post office or logistics provider and inform our team in a timely manner. We will provide complete tracking information and full assistance to investigate the issue.

If the local logistics authority officially confirms the package loss and issues relevant proof, we will offer two solutions for you: free reshipment of your order or a full refund.

6. Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

We proudly offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty for all our jewelry products. Under normal daily wearing and proper use conditions, if the item suffers non-artificial craftsmanship faults, such as factory defects, loose inlay, detached accessories, or stitching failure, we provide free professional repair or free replacement services.

Warranty Exclusions: This lifetime guarantee only covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects. It does not apply to normal daily wear and tear, accidental drops, collisions, artificial damage, unauthorized modification, improper use, or man-made destruction.

7. Official Exchange Procedure

All exchange applications require prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us to submit an exchange request and wait for official confirmation before returning your item. When sending back the product, please attach your order confirmation email receipt and clearly note the target style and size you wish to exchange for.

Our team will complete the inspection and official exchange process within 48 hours after receiving and verifying your returned item.
